If they don’t have the evidence, fair enough. But his desertion is an entirely different matter. If they do a cursory inquiry with the same pronouncement, it’ll be obvious that the Commander-in-Chief has been doing some commanding.

They are going to deal with the desertion separately. I believe that he will be discharged with a dishonorable discharge due to desertion. They are also thinking about taking back the 200K that he was paid during his years of captivity. I say great to both.
