So I guess that means Congress can look at my tax records too. I imagine there is some fine print in the obamacare plan that allows them to search my medical records as well. I would think they would need a warrant to get this information. Which in Lerner’s case would probably be a reasonable request based on the existing evidence.

In the Obamacare bill it is clearly spelled out that your medical records are the property of the Government so of course Congress can look at them.
