Yes, there is no remedy for voter fraud. Even if massive voter fraud is proven , I can't think of a case where the cheating candidate paid a price.

The only remedy is that each chamber is the final judge of its membership. The Senate could refuse to seat Cochran if he is so tainted that he hurts the entire institution.

That's not likely to happen.
