We are very far from victorious, and as long as we are willing, on pretense of voting "against" the "worse" Democrat, to vote for Republicans who advance leftist tyrany, victory will elude us even when we win.
FRiend Reset, we will KNOW when we see who the Republican party nominates as its 2016 presidential candidate; Like many if not most American conservatives, I will have zero voice in that decision even if I vote in the primary because by the time it gets to my state, it is already decided and my vote is merely a polite formality. That is when we will see whether it is sensible or whether it is gullible to "hang tough" with the GOP.
I hope you are right, but I will be very, very surprised if in 26 short months the GOP changes its primary protocol enough to present American voters with a true alternative to the Democrat.
Odds are that another Romney will get the nomination. And Americans will once again be asked to engage in the futility of voting "against" Democrat leftism, yet deprived of the means to vote FOR its antidote.
