But until they are, it is perfectly legal and you can’t blame a candidate for using the rule. I wish McDaniel had been so smart....perhaps he would have won. Now he will just have to dust himself off and try again....hopefully he will learn his lesson to not believe the polls as most of the time they are wrong.
