OK, you just saw a slimeball like Cochran and Haley Barbour go out and aggressively court black and liberal voters with more big government. Why the Hell would you still want to support the GOP?
All of Cochran’s ads in the final days were about all the government money he brings to Missisippi. An appeal to big government is exactly how he drew in those black and liberal voters.

I donate, what I can afford, to CONSERVATIVE candidates like Doug Hoffman, when he ran under the NY Conservative Party Line, or Claudia Tenney, who ran in the GOP primaries in the GOP primary NY22, etc..
The GOP has been told by me many times that I won’t contribute to them.
Best thing to do is to register as a Republican, and vote for CONSERVATIVES. Or you may feel free to keep dreaming of that pie in the sky.
