Tylenol PM is just Tylenol plus Benadryl. Get yourself some store brand dyphenhydramine, and you’re all set.
However, it is said that when older folks (if you are in that category) take Benadryl on a regular basis, it contributes to foggy brain.
It’s always something....
I go to Walmart’s `88 cent pharmacy’ main aisle dump for my sinus and allergy med. Forget the expensive name brands! They really work.
And the people are so nice.
