The consensus is: it’s no accident. More than three-quarters of voters -- 76 percent -- think the emails missing from the account of Lois Lerner, the ex-IRS official at the center of the scandal over targeting of conservative groups, were deliberately destroyed.
That’s according to a new Fox News poll.
That suspicion is shared across party lines, albeit to varying degrees. An overwhelming 90 percent of Republicans think the emails were intentionally destroyed, as do 74 percent of independents and 63 percent of Democrats.

Overall, just 12 percent of voters believe the emails were destroyed accidentally. Another 12 percent are unsure.

The odds against Lerner’s computer crashing are already quite high (and particularly that it happened within ten days of Congress wanting her docs), even if you accept the claim that 2,000 IRS hard drives fail per year.
But the odds against her computer *and* those of the six others who were intimately involved in the scandal, failing in the same year are astronomical. In fact, I just tried running the numbers, and my computer choked, giving me a OverflowError. The numbers are just that big.

Well, this is unexpected. The most loved and trusted branch of the government, destroying evidence? Say it ain’t so!
Of course they were destroyed deliberately. The only reason you go through all that trouble to destroy them is because they could bring down a pResident and many top dems.
