To: Secret Agent Man
Why would anyone ever visit any place that doesn’t respect their rights to self-protection?

I try to avoid going into states that don't recognize my CC permit. I would never go to Europe for that reason, and especially the UK, which is a very dangerous country.

Decades ago, I did visit European countries on several occasions. But then, I was young and foolish.

No, the UK isn’t a ‘very dangerous’ country.

Our murder rate is a quarter of yours, our gun murder rate one-sixteenth. Yes, we have crime, and some of it violent, but for all the hoopla and hype, the UK is a safe country to live in.

Frankly, being told the UK is violent by an American perhaps is the definition of irony.

A visitors permit is available for possession of firearms without certificate by visitors to Britain.
