Thad Cochran (Incumbent)
53.5%
48,831
Chris McDaniel
46.5%

I cannot predict the outcome, but tonight’s results are so far like the primary
results in that Cochran took the lead early on but McDaniel caught him
at about 50-55% reporting.
i’d be more concerned about Dem strongholds not reporting until late given the circumstance.
If Cochran wins, this will be a 2 Democrat race in November.
Heavenly Father,
Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
Psalm 7:9
Psalm 109:8 ~
“Let his days be few and brief; And let others step forward to replace him.”
Amen.
Oh, the freedom of being unshackled from universal truths!
Forsooth! Embrace the suck that is the Republican brand!
Hoping that Thad goes thud tonight.

+109 McDaniel Webster County
Full results from Amite county. McDaniel wins with 65%, up from 61.36% last time.
Unfortunately, Cochran is also getting his numbers up in the MS Delta region, so it’s not clear who’s got an edge.
He’s used over 50% of Hinds and most of the bigger population Delta counties
They just backed that one out on the website

I’m assuming they were polling Republican voters. But if Cochran was trying to get inner city voters to pull the lever, I’m guessing the polling outfits might not have accounted for that.
