You haven’t given any proof that he does...I think he gives us institutions to establish order, and borders...but is he the God of the Universe, including our planet? And as such, might he be concerned about the goings on of the whole planet?
Nations are raised up and brought low by God as are their leaders, bexardave. There is ample scripture to this effect. No borders means one world authority. That authority will ultimately be anti-Christ. Prophecy tells us this. So, removal of borders ushers in the diametric opposite of God.
