It’s NOT about her hard drive, as many here have said.
Allegedly, they tried to ‘fix’ her local drive and found the sectors were damaged too badly.
BUT!! Ahah..how do we even know it was HER hard drive they had IT examine??? Hmmmmm????
I would expect that the serial number of each computer and associated HD would be on record somewhere. That would be basic security for a PC in GOVT, I would think?
What’s to stop someone from TAKING OUT her ‘failed’ HD which is still good and then installing a bad HD from a junker somewhere and THAT HD was the one IT examined...
She would think her PC / email crashed the next time she turned it on...
