JIm Jordan up and on fire, R-Ohio.

Incredulous that K-man cannot recall who and when he was told that Lerner’s emails are missing—major news stories for 13 months.

K-man says he did not tell anyone outside the agency about Lois Lerner’s emails.

Jordan—why did you wait so long? YOu knew in April and did npot say anything until June.

Did you tell the Justice Dept.? No.

Why not?

No evidence of a crime.

At what point does this become obstruction of Justice, Jordan asks.

“I don’ remember.”

Congress knows 10 days ago, but chief had wanted to wait for ALL the emails before reporting to congress of lost Lerner emails. He Hides that FACT he knows the emails are gone, since April.

Tells no one. Discreetly tucks this revelation into Page 5 of 7, two months later, to congress.

Splendid to get by with this deriliction and obstruction of an investigation.

This goes no where without a special prosecutor.

MSFT has made concessions to large organizations (gvt) still running XP and support it for them. Indefinitely, from what I read. I suspect bunches of our tax dollars are going to MSFT for this support and that MSFT is charging a hefty premium for it.
