Doing the right thing sometimes is a hard call or is it no good thing goes unpunished?

First, the woman’s lawn is now up to ankles. Is this vaunted nephew going to mow it? Will they pay Melissa to mow it...which she’s willing to do because it IS right next to her house.
Melissa is keeping in touch with the hospital, friends with nurse....we’ll see how it goes.
