1. the world criminalizes normality. kids fall down. kids that are learning to do something and/or doing something a little risky, are’going to sometimes fall.
2. do not call the cops for help. she’s lucky they didn’t shoot up her house and pets, or even her or her kid.
Mild injuries ... Do not take a child to the emergency room. Find a known doctor to see. In our case they did stitches in the office.
Every E.R. now has in-take workers aka case workers for DCF. They will separate the injured kid and ask all the questions that will entrap normal parents.
