This aspect of the story isn’t being reported on various websites. This is a case of a GOP star being slimed with news of charges that aren’t real, but are being spread anyway in an attempt to destroy him before he can become a danger to the Rats.

One is not found innocent. One is always innocent until proven guilty. Two judges agreed that SW was not guilty.
