Not exactly. SOME of her emails were on the server (the ones that went to recipients within the IRS). They turned those over to Congress.
But, you see, the ones sent from that same IRS account to governmental agencies OUTSIDE the IRS automagically diverted to a DIFFERENT file store that wasn’t backed up.
Isn’t that how the email works at your organization? Yeah, mine neither.

They’re too arrogant and narcissistic to give a dxmn whether or not we’re stupid. This is pure-D in-your-face what-are-you-going-to-do-about-it totalitarianism. This is the “I am god” attitude of a Hitler or a Mussolini. The cold comfort is recalling what finally happened to Hitler and Mussolini.
