There are plenty of tweets predating the incident. Her first tweet was at 12:10 pm on 15 April 2012: "I'm on twitter." Twitter lists 2012 as her sign-up date. The only way it's a parody is if someone managed to take over her account or hacked into Twitter sufficiently deeply to change sign-up dates. The latter would be like you changing your FR sign-up date from 2002-09-25 to 1941-12-07 or something.
Her tweets prior to the incident are less frequent. The offensive stuff before the incident is mostly retweets. E.g., she retweeted Fleece Johnson tweeting "I'm still trying to figure why Floyd Mayweather got himself a pedicure before he goes to jail [for beating up his girlfriend]... Do he plan on getting his TOES sucked?"

The only way it's a parody is if someone managed to take over her account or hacked into Twitter sufficiently deeply to change sign-up dates.
Or, just changed an account they created in 2012 to the new name.
