That may be “on the books” for Iraq, but we’ve already seen them “run” when the shooting starts and ISIS attacks. Iraq is an army “in name only”!

How many of those 800,000 are Sunni? How many of them would rather join ISIS to help get the caliphate going? How many are Shi'ite and want Iran to step in to get their caliphate going? How many are Kurds and just want Mosul and Kirkuk (maybe Tal Afar) to rejoin Kurdistan?
