Isn’t trafficking children across state lines a felony?

Ladies and gentlemen:

What we have here is an invasion. A complete and silent unadulterated INVASION of our land, aided and abetted by someone calling himself the President of the United States.

He is doing this, now — and he’s doing it to destroy us, destroy our Constitution, our laws, our way of life. He is doing this to rob us of our land eventually. I see no other outcome.

We are all just SITTING here, idly by, watching game after game, show after show, enjoying vacations, going to our silly sports events ...while this IMPOSTER orchestrates
this, right under our noses!!

Stupid Americans ...wake up. Your country is being swiped out from under you. These people are being staged to STEAL.

SOMEONE needs to organize, call upon our governors, our National Guard, our local legislators in some position of authority to shut this down!!!!

In a lawful society, this would have been stopped early in its tracks. Here's how it looks to me:

It is possible that multiple agencies have conspired to endanger the lives and health of children by having them transported across Mexico unaccompanied. Some of them may have already died, some of them may have already been kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery.

Upon arrival, the conspiracy continues, that once they cross the border, felony laws prohibiting human trafficking, exploitation of children, child neglect, and endangering the health and welfare of children have been violated.

Once the children cross state lines, more felonies are committed, again including human trafficking, exploitation of children, child neglect, and intentionally endangering the health and welfare of children.

Every Governor of the States impacted should activate all available law enforcement and/or reserve military personnel to impound all vehicles, and arrest all persons involved in transporting the children. Every Governor should have had Attorney Generals presenting evidence to State Grand Juries to indict all persons involved in this vast conspiracy.

There's no sense worrying about the violation of international laws and federal laws, since Eric Holder would be responsible for overseeing any investigation or charges. Still, I don't see why any Federal Judge couldn't issue a cease and desist order enjoining all Federal agencies from further involvement. Men of good will could have stood up and stopped this. They haven't, and it looks like they won't.

Thanks to Ray76 for posting Texas Government Code governing situations like this.
