listening to Brat now (I am behind). See my previous post to Mags, but Brat never mentioned immigration or amnesty once in his first comments.
Hannity raised the subject: “How big an issue do you think the immigration issue was in this campaign.?”
Brat: “I think it’s big. It is the most symbolic issue that captures the differences between myself and Eric Cantor in this race, but it also captures that fissure between Main Street and Wall street. So you look at people’s intentions, political intentions. So you ask yourself, “Why are the Repubs doing this? Why are they so intent on this immigration reform? And there is no answer that makes logical sense....”
He goes on. Great answer; great interview. Smart, smart candidate.,,,and FOCUSED!
