If you’ve never had a crab melt,seek it out.

Tip that I learned in France.
Split an avacodo, make a seafood salad and stuff that avocat *they used shrimp* Tuna fish works.

Squeeze some lemon or lime juice on that, sprinkle with salt.

I love crab melts. There’s a place here in York which makes a great one, and I go there just for it and cream of crab soup (so thick and rich it’s like grits).
