All it needs are a new rear bumper and new rear door. He just has to go to the junkyard, pick them up and bolt them on. He does a lot of that sort of stuff himself and saves a ton.

You can run this on any platform. I run it on a Matricom G-box Mx2, but just orders a Ouya quadcore platform for $75.
Run it on Mac, windows, android, linux...l runs like a hose.
Ouya promises 1080P.
GBox handes it and gives surround sound but converts 1080P to 720
