I always wonder about the fact that, at this point in the run up to the 2008 election cycle, Hillary was being talked up as being inevitable. At this point leading up to 2008, she was the front runner. Barack Obama was unknown to most Americans at that time.
Point is, she was inevitable once before, and was taken out by another candidate. Is it possible that someone else will come along and challenge her this time?
I’ve heard that the Clintons are not universally loved by Democrats. And that if Hillary runs and wins, she will block out other ambitious Democrats until 2024. You figure if she runs and wins in 2016, then she runs for re-election in 2020, the next open nomination for such Democrats waiting in the wings is 2024. Ten years from now.
Plus, the Clintons are not liberal enough for the radicals who have taken over the Democrat party in recent years.
I don’t think Hillary is inevitable. I think she will be a formidable candidate, but I also think that a cabal of more liberal Democrats would like to take her out again.
If she loses, or doesn't run, will she then become "unevitable."
