Reparationists have a ready answer: That's because of selective prosecution: blacks have been railroaded, that's why more of them are in prison.

I offer these stipulations; 1)that they must renounce their U.S. citizenship and 2)return to mother africa, to the country of their choice.

I support a voluntary Reparations program for all American citizens: White, Black, Hispanic or Asian who are currently living on the government dole.
Steps:

2. We fly you to the country of your origin or choose one country of your origin if you are composed of more than one ethnicity.
3. When you land we exchange your passport and any United States ID and State ID for the lock box key AFTER signing the needed renunciation of citizenship documentation.
