Where there is smoke there must be fire, somewhere, but in the Bergdahl issue I think there is a lot more fire than just what the smoke seen so far would indicate. The greater fire is not in the person of Bergdahl and what he did or didn’t do, but with a person or persons in the White House.

The O administration did not give a dam about who Bergdahl is or was. It was 100% political - “we’re going to get the last U.S. pow in Afghanistan released, even if we have to release every GITMO prisoner to do it.” [my interpretation of their agenda] THAT is a political agenda 200% and has nothing to do with U.S. national security interest or honor. Its about a political achievement and nothing more.

They wanted the terrorists out of Gitmo so they can close it.

Bergdahl was just a convenient excuse. So convenient they didn’t bother to look at the details...

And then it blew up in their faces...
