Finally, a reporter asks House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) some tough questions. Unfortunately, this reporter is a teenager from the YouTube "TeenTake" and not someone from the Capitol Hill press corps.

When Andrew Demeter asked Pelosi, “Why do you support the NSA’s illegal and ubiquitous data collection?” she had a bit of a "deer in the headlights" look on her face.

“Well I, I do not, I have questions about the metadata collection that they were, uh, collecting,” Pelosi stammered in response.

Demeter, unlike his professional counterparts in the mainstream media, actually challenged Pelosi with a follow-up: "You did vote for a bill to continue funding for the NSA, though.” Pelosi responded, “Yeah, of course.” Demeter pressed the issue calling NSA data gathering a "clear violation of the Fourth Amendment.”

Pelosi continued to stammer, hem and haw her way through an um-laden response before finally landing on some familiar turf: She blamed the Bush Administration.

this is what these kids are up against. it is they who are going to have to fix it. They are the ones who have to live with the NSA negating the 4th amendment, which conservatives, in their honesty, will debate, give the benefit of the doubt, etc, while they’re busy rounding up hardened AlQ generals, paying back $20 trillion in taxes, and more in student debt, dal with radical homosexuality, dwindling 1st, 2nd amendment rights, a vacuous military and drugged out brainwashed peers.

They’ll have to put up with snarky, incorrect, fault finders from the ranks, and hateful old people who put them in day care so the moms could work so the dads could desert them, and the government handed them things to buy their parents’ votes.

I prefer to give them a break, most especially the ones who speak in sentences.

But that’s just me.

I wouldn’t consider the question argumentative or even slightly confrontational. It was a direct question plain and simple and he was hoping to get an honest answer and he didn’t.

Yes, it was a plain, simple and straight-forward question.

Pelosi gave a stammering, incoherent, and evasive answer. And then she blamed it on Bush.

This woman was third in line to be President! She is an incoherent moron who got “outed” by an innocent youth.

The regular “reporters” who constantly lob softballs at our “leaders” so they can respond with pre-packaged answers should be ashamed.

When you can’t get a straight answer; ever, sometimes you have to get argumentative.
