It might be easier to ask who isn't — there are lots of pressures to keep illegal immigration going, as well as technically-legal but fundamentally-fraudulent visa-program abuses. (The latter can be seen in STEM-jobs where the 'requirements' listed are absurd, like 2-5+ years of experience for an entry-level job.) There's also the issue of flooding the voter-roles with people who will vote for the uniparty, as it is the facade is slipping and people are becoming more aware that the Republican/Democrat split is for display purposes only
