This picture came from a post 6 hours ago on the DPR’s “South Front” Facebook page.
The caption says that they are evacuating children from an apartment building in Slavyansk, being shelled at the time by the Kiev Army.

Also, this is a Getty Image photo, so it is easy to verify.
In other words, the original poster was either fooled, or lied.
