Thanks for those links. So, a voter who has voted in one party’s primary can’t cross over and vote in the other party’s primary runoff election which means no voters in the democrat primary can now vote in the runoff but what about voters who didn’t bother to vote? They would still seem to be eligible and since Cochran already asked Dems to vote for him I can see his campaign targeting Dem voters who didn’t participate in the primary.
