I have been praying hard tonight. God has guided McDaniel against impossible odds and dirty tricks. Now I call on Cochran to resign in good grace and not make us end his political career by force.

Time to go, Thad. 100 decades is enough.

I agree 100%!

From Politico...

Speaking to his supporters, McDaniel expressed confidence that he would emerge as the nominee, “whether it’s tomorrow or three weeks from tonight.”

“This is a historic moment in this state’s history. And because of your hard work, because of your dedication, we sit here tonight leading a 42-year incumbent,” McDaniel said.

Maybe the old coot will try to pull a Murkowski. For these guys who spend 30+ years on Capitol Hill, having to be a lowly citizen again is a fate worse than death.
