41 that are willing to state their support. How many more would vote for it who have currently declined to show their intentions?

I would wager that most of the 14 Democrat holdouts are up for re-election this November.

And that, if pressed, at least half of them would vote for the amendment. There might even be a few Republicans who would vote for such an amendment -- John McCain, e.g. He has never been a big fan of free speech and there is a lot of McCain-Feingold about this Amendment.

The Democrat party stands for tyranny.
