I think YOU know exactly what he means. There is a class of people who were born in the United States and therefore are citizens. However they’ve NEVER developed any loyalty to the United States and owe loyalty to their Moon God Cult/ideology.
You are burdened with the name your parents gave you. That name doesn’t dictate what you become.
