I’m a foodie, so I enjoy. I want to go to a local culinary school to improve my skills.
I believe in the Joy of cooking.
I think we should all teach our children that it is a great joy.
Put their little fist to work on the pasta.
Why let them sit about skulkin?
Make them busy, make them proud of their accomplishment.
The noodles taste better when we all make them.
Anyhow, that’s JMO.
I am so blessed that I churned butter on the old farm as a kid, and hand cranked strawberry ice cream with berrys that the entire extended family picked in the fields.
