If you can follow the CIA shuttle bus around Vienna, Tysons, Reston and Chantilly, the buildings shouldn’t be considered covert locations, either.

An astute observation. And a correct one.

If you've been to Langley you would know that it would be an easy task to record all the license numbers of every car entering that facility. Is there any doubt that the Chinese, the Russians and the French do so on a regular basis? And then match up license plates against names?

Spying isn't really Rocket Science.
