Ok, so he didn’t rescind the Levin Rule which was my only point.
He just said everyone sucks.
Sounds about right to me, they do. The Country is over.
There’s no point in ‘rescinding’ a rule when a party to which you’ve established a covenant no longer abides by the things you agreed to honor in exchange.
The covenant by which you agreed is no longer valid.
And therefore neither are any ‘rules’ or ‘laws’ by which you agreed to.
It’s a breach of trust and contract - and divorces are granted as a result.
Is the battered wife still required to continue to honor the rules to give loyalty to one whom has betrayed her and committed various adulteries?
