Different laws for different people. For me, thats a precedent that sets the stage for the introduction of Sharia; muslim law for muslims. They are already allowing it in Canada and in certain European countries within certain circumstances. This similarly opens the door here for muslims to use muslim law to compliment or supplement or evade US law.
You’ve noticed I’m sure attempts to use UN treaties or international law to over-ride US law or as a means of imposing what can’t be passed by US legislatures.
I have noticed that the obamists have been skillful at using one situation to achieve an apparently unrelated goal. One law for one ethnicity, another for another, they establish themselves as the arbiters for when the constitution applies and when it doesn’t. And in so doing step right past it.
