A death notice from the County Coroner should always go to the Registrar of Voters.....NO exceptions. Confirmation should be recorded in state or county records.
It already does. Then the absentee ballot(s) are issued. The deceased Democrat's name then goes into a Sim City, FB Farm sort of program to be equipped with a family. Then, they get absentee ballots issued, too. The death of a Democrat Party Member (Party Affiliation is also issued as needed) allows the dead to not only continue voting when and where needed, it also allows them to spawn.
Vote fraud is now so sophisticated that many notorious Philadelphia and Baltimore precincts no longer need fear that embarrassing 103% turnout thing!
