If the precinct chairmanship in your precinct is vacant you may ask your county Republican organization to appoint you to that position. Many chairmanships have been vacant for years and need someone to take charge.
It isnt like inheriting a planet. It looks more like hard work.
So...stop with the parlor games, get into the system and start moving things around until they look like conservative values.
Do you know for a fact that I haven't been that route already or that I am not now involved in a way similar to what you suggest...from the ground up?
