I get really ticked when someone who chose not to serve explains that it is only for the lower to middle class.

In the 1940's and before, military service was a badge of honor for those of the "upper class".

You were expected to serve, and most were very happy to do so.

I believe it was J F’n Kerry who, in a speech, sort of implied that only uneducated losers were serving.

‘They’ responded by holding signs up mocking Kerry.

And yet, today, this Ahole is our Secretary of State.
