I did dig that out after I posted. I'm honestly surprised that it doesn't have to go through a board. But yes, this is one of the few things that a Texas Governor can do (without permission from someone).

I doubt that he will over a billboard, though.

I hope he doesn’t see it as just a billboard. Local law enforcement is taking it very seriously. We need to apply enough pressure that Perry does also.

If that doesn’t work, time to head down there en masse.

Nobody ever specified a style guide for declarations of war.

They can be 8.5 x 11, or the size of a billboard.

All I know is that nobody in Texas can say they weren’t warned.
