I have noticed that when a minority takes control of an organization, they end up with a disproportionate number of their group.
When women takes over as head of an organization all of a sudden you see a lot more women in the organization.
The same is true whether it be Hispanics, African Americans, Asians, or old white guys.
I don't know if it is because they are prejudiced or because they need people they can work with more effectively.

I worked for a company that occupied many floors of a high-rise. One day on the elevator, two well-dressed black women were in the car with me; apparently they forgot I was there as one said, "I had to get out of there for a minute, it was getting TOO WHITE in there."
