Yes, and in place of a moderate republican who votes with the republicans 70% of the time, you now have a marxist senator who votes with you zero percent of the time. That is something to be proud of. In reality, it wasn't the conservatives who defeated him - there aren't that many in Mass. It was a high turnout election in a presidential year. I never thought he would be able to win in a general election since Mass. is liberal.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of the establishment get along moderates. They enjoy their parties, their gin, their pomp and circumstance, their Washington water. I hate them.
