Who is going to appeal it? The ass hat judge wouldn't allow an interested party to defend the will of the people. The fascist Democrat Attorney General wouldn’t do her SWORN DUTY and fight for the will of the people. She should be arrested by a local county sheriff and refused council in her trial for treason as she SWORE to uphold the constitution of her state when she was elected. Last time I checked Constitutional amendments are part of the constitution and are as valid as any other part.
