To: Wyatt's Torch

These days, it seems the record labels are little more than distribution. Even distribution has been replaced by I-tunes. Steve Jobs set his sights for all of it and it has been next to impossible for labels to adapt. Most acts now produce their own record, turn it in to the label and they distribute. The pie is sliced differently now. Some say DVDs will no longer be produced in a few years from now.

I don’t disagree with that prediction. Haven’t bought a DVD in about 2 years. I’ve bought several movies all on itunes.

Agree on labels as well.
