So, if I set fire to Eleanor Clifts house and one of her relatives was sleeping there, and she died of smoke inhalation, I am not a murderer?
OK...
************************************
If her house is in the USA then you are a murderer... however “murder” is a legal term ,, the ambassador was certainly a homicide victim ,, legally however it depends on Libyan law ... lets face it ,, you can be legally killed in these countries for possessing a bible or if a woman , smiling at a man.. was it a “legal” killing and not a “murder” ,, that all depends on who and what the law is/was on that day..
That said ,, Eleanor Clift is still an idiot.
And, USA Embassy property is sovereign territory of the United States of America. So, our laws supersede the laws of Libya.
At least, on the Embassy grounds.
