I am pretty sure this was for English/American songs with a foreign word in the title.

Which is interesting because a lot of South Korean (other countries?) pop songs have English titles....

And I even think you’re correct.

In this case, though, it is a song which has been infused into the American culture, and 99, here, practically makes it Americana, what with Mel Broks, Maxwell Smart and the fight against Siegfried and the amorphous Soviet/German enemy he represents.

I’d like to see a sit com that ventures into enemy territory as they and Hogan’s did.
