I think if you flip Asian and Black, you pretty much get the USA numbers. And if you look at the all black areas of the USA vs. the all asian areas of Canada, you might see the reason Canada does better.
Of course, it is foolish to lump in Japanese, Koreans, Chinese, Indonesians, Filipinos, Indians, Pakistanis into one group, i.e., Asians. The only thing they really share in geographic location.
