Canada has mostly disavowed the black ghetto culture.

Properly put. While Canada certainly doesn't have the number of black people as the U.S., I have found the big problems in the to be related to the urban areas and the hip-hop/drug/gang anti-culture. Every time I travel through non-urban Georgia, I find that everybody, black and white, are more polite, markedly so, than their northeastern counterparts, especially in convenience stores, restaurants, etc.

I’m afraid though our black ghetto culture has spread around the Globe, I was shocked how much of it I saw in Europe.
