At least opposing players don’t have to worry about the possibility of getting AIDS from a gay player. Since the PC gods have decreed they have nothing to say about it, they just to have to accept it. So no worries there.

So what happens if an on opponent knocks him out in the course of normal play? Would that be a hate crime? Be better never to touch him at all just to be safe .

Considering blood is sprayed during the game, it's only time before a normal straight player gets infected with AIDs and massive lawsuits are filed against the team and NFL for allowing this life threatening condition.
